         Hi. I'm LaurieAnn Manuele, formerly known as Laurie Dieppa. I first started blogging on my site called, Road Work 2021 (https://www.roadwork2021.com/) after COVID made me a widow. I've since remarried and am no longer on the road learning to be alone, but rather taking a different journey of sorts into discovering who I am after 62 years on Earth. If you're looking for a place where "you will be a stranger but once" The Olde Ship Bar and Restaurant in Fullerton is just the right place. The ship was opened by owner, Simon's father in 1993. My husband and his friends have been going here for years. The food is great. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. If you go on Thursday evening, you'll meet Danny, the bartender, which is a real f**king treat.
